Paris Van Java, Bandung - Indonesia

Jl. Sukajadi no. 137-139, Bandung 40162, Indonesia
+62 22 2060800

Great mall for shopping and eating
PVJ provides many different shops and restaurants, as well as different coffee shops. It has different restaurants ranging from local Indonesian food, Japanese, Korean, as well as fast food restaurants. They also have a nice cinema and an ice skating rink. From time to time, one might encounter a man walking with peacocks around the mall. Though it is nice to walk around the mall, there is hardly any free seats available. So, if you get tired, you have to go to one shop and sit there instead. This mall is also pet-friendly.

One of the best malls in bandung
This is a great mall, as i can find a lot of things, also a branded store.
All in mall, including a cinema, bookstore, playground, even the ice skating place,

But for local tourist this place is kinda expensive.
For foreigner , this is a recommended place. Many international brands here. Was told this how paris looks like as well. We had a great time doing window shopping and had a great dinner. There are many cafe's and restaurants at this place.

Nothing special but filed with cafés and insufficient carpark
The parking area just too little. Many has been gazzetted to be valet parking in which you pay more than twice the price of normal me thats tricking patrons money. The area offers a lot of decent shops and f&b pretty extensive..nice place to relax..

Hangout Mall
located in Sukajadi street weekend always traffic jam
New concept mall for entertainment, resto n cafe and shopping
live music and bazaar its good for meeting point and hangout
in the night more comfortable and beautifull

The Mall Stuffed with Big Brands and Luxury Labels
Paris Van Java or PVJ, as the locals call, is the place to hang out on weekends for most Bandung’s wealthiest families with money to burn. This glitzy mall has lots of big brand shops, though prices are rarely cheaper than in the West. Even if you don’t like shopping, you can find refuge from Bandung chaotic street to simply enjoy the modern atmosphere in this mall.

Whether you are sneakers or watches collector; or the victim of fashion fad that make you look like homeless, or Cindy Lauper or Madonna in the 80’s, PVJ might satisfy your craving for branded stuff.

These are some of the stores: Clarks, Timberland, Hush Puppies, Converse, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Skechers, Vans, Wakai, Planet Sport, Sport Station, Payless Shoe Store, Levi’s, The North Face, Nautica, Lacoste, Fossil, Swatch, The Body Shop, Marks & Spencer, Guess, Mango, H&M, Zara, Bershka, Batik Keris (for high-quality Indonesian Batik), Sogo Department Store, Gramedia Book Store, Apple e-Store.

PVJ has lots of fast-food restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, such as Burger King, KFC, Starbuck, Auntie Anne’s Pretzel, as well as the pricey Chinese food at Duck King.

The Best Time to Visit
Any week days between 10 am-3 pm is the best time to appreciate the beauty and the peaceful of this place. It's less crowded. Any time during the long school holiday in June-July can also be the best time to visit this place since most of the local wealthiest families, who usually hang out in this mall, go on holidays abroad.

The Best Time to Avoid This Place.
Saturday, Sunday, and long weekend, especially after 11 am, expect the local crowds flood this place. Finding parking space and the best seats for your peaceful dining can also be difficult.

Getting There & Away
If you don’t have your own transportation, PVJ can be reached by a yellow angkot (public minivan) bound for “Lembang” or “Karang Setra” from the train station and get off at PVJ at Jl. Sukajadi (Rp. 3,000). Angkots sometimes can be very slow since they like to linger around to find passengers. If you like to go faster, take an ojek, a motorcycle taxi (about Rp. 15,000) to beat the traffic at Jl. Sukajadi or a taxi (about Rp. 30,000-Rp. 50,000) from train station. Pick a good reputation taxi such as Blue Bird Taxi or Gemah Ripah Taxi. If you like to walk to enjoy Bandung at the ground level, PVJ can be reached in 45-60 minutes from the train station. Just walk straight ahead through Jl. Pasir Kaliki and Jl. Sukajadi. PVJ is on the left, after Sukajadi Market.
